1) Privacy Policy

The privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. In this part, we are highlighting what types of information we collect from our clients and how we use them (Log files, Cookies, and links to other sites).

2) Terms of use

2.1) Registration

2.1.1) To join arabicoach.com as a teacher or a student you need to register filling up all mandatory fields in the registration form.

2.1.2) All entered information must be true, accurate and complete.

2.1.3) A user should not have more than one account and should not register on behalf of others.

2.1.4) Arabic Coach has the right to suspend or cancel any account if we suspect that a user provides any false information, violates the terms of use or for any other reason.

2.1.5) A user should keep his password protected and is responsible for any activity in his/her account.

2.1.6) The Teachers on Arabic Coach are not employed by the company. Arabic Coach operates as a platform for introducing students to teachers, and therefore we are not responsible for any misconduct from either party.

2.2) Fees and Payments

2.2.1 Students

2.2.1.1) As a student, you cannot withdraw your credit unless you decide to completely close your account, and at that point your credit will be subject to a 5% service fee.

2.2.2 Teachers

2.2.2.1) As a teacher, you can only withdraw from your credit in multiples of $ 100 and only once a month.

2.2.2.2) Withdrawing credit will be subject to a service fee depending on the option selected.

2.2.2.3) The teacher can collect any remaining credit that is less than $ 100 when the account is completely closed.

2.3) Sessions Booking and our Responsibility

2.3.1) Students can cancel bookings at any time to release the credits on hold before sessions start; however, once a session starts, the student cannot cancel that specific session, and the payment transfers to the teacher.

2.3.2) If the teacher does not show up for a session, he still gets paid. The student is encouraged to work with the teacher to makeup the missed session and if the teacher refuses to cooperate, the student can cancel all his future sessions with that teacher and is encouraged to leave negative feedback for the teacher.

2.3.3) Bookings which are not approved or rejected by an instructor within 10 days are automatically canceled by the system.

2.3.4) AC is merely a service provider and is not typically involved in resolving any disputes between the teachers and the students; however, Arabic Coach reserves the right of involvement in certain disputes, and all users of the site hereby agree to accept any decisions by the administrators of Arabic Coach.

2.4) Usage and Eligibility

2.4.1) This site is not intended for children under the age of 13.

2.4.2) Membership in the service is void where prohibited. Arabic Coach is exclusively dedicated for Arabic learning only and users only hold responsible if they violate this defined purpose.

Arabic Coach reserves its copyright of the text, images, photographs, graphics, user interface, and other content provided on the site, Any reproduction, copying, or redistribution of the Content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without Arabic Coach prior written consent.
