1. How can I use Arabic Coach services as a student?
• First of all you need to register – for free – completing the registration form providing your communication details.
• Then you can browse the available teachers according to their specialties, students' feedback and ratings, teachers' hourly rate, teachers' nationalities and languages.
• To book a session with a teacher you have to charge your account with credits.
• Upon booking the teacher gets notified and he/she can confirm or decline your request and after confirming you get another email which contains the teacher contact details which you can use it to contact him/her to start the session in the agreed time.
• Both parties receive confirmation emails and notification emails when the class starts.
• Before the class starts your can cancel your booking but once the class starts the credits gets deducted from your account and get sent to the teacher account.
2. Are online courses taught by credible teachers?

Yes, our teachers are wisely selected and the best merit they enjoy is their high language skill of their mother tongue and their teaching skills.

3. Do I need any special equipment or software in order to pursue your courses?

Yes you need to have a yahoo messenger account or Skype and your computer should be equipped with a microphone and a camera.

4. Is there any accredited curriculum?

Actually we do not recommend a special curriculum and we give teachers the freedom to use the suitable methods or curriculum.

5. What is the mechanism of payment?

To book a session with a teacher you should charge your account with credit using the known payment methods of Visa credit cards, Amex etc.. Then you spend credits as needed.

6. Is there any refund possibilities if the teacher is not satisfactory?

If you are not satisfied with a teacher, we encourage you to leave negative feedback. You can also cancel all future sessions with the teacher and get a full refund.

7. Is it a one-on-one teaching or the session will involve more than one student?

In the future we will have one to many sessions. Currently, our sessions are planned as one-to-one .

1. How can I use Arabic Coach services as a teacher?

• Then you should upload your photo and a short video clip in which you introduce yourself and skills. In this short video do your best to convince both the website management and students to select you.
• Then you move to your schedule where you state the timeslots dedicated for teaching in weekly basis.
• Upon student booking you get notified through email and you can confirm or decline the request and after confirming you get another email which contains the students contact details which you can use it to contact him/her to start the session in the agreed time.
• Upon the class starts your get another email notifying you of the session start.
• By the end of the session the student is able to leave feedback on your performance.
2. Should I have any specific accreditation to teach Arabic Language?

Just present yourself well to convince us and students to select you. Show your teaching experiences and interest

3. How to specify my hourly rate? And is there any limit?

This is up to you can determine your hourly rate between $ 3 - $ 30

4. How much commission does Arabic coach deduct?

We deduct 20% only once you get paid by the students.

5. How can I receive my money?

Teachers can track their balance in their profiles and once it reaches $ 100 he/she can request for remitting. A teacher can request to draw less than the mentioned limit only in case he/she wants to terminate his/her account. Remitting fees is applicable according to the withdrawal method.

6. Is there any classification for teachers and how I can make my name more visible to students?

Yes, upon the end of each class a student is able to leave feedback on the teacher performance and this determines the teachers appearance in future searches and selections. Moreover, a teacher can be featured in the front page and the top rows of search when he selects the premium subscription and pays for its fees.
